Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship from Belgium to: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands. Carriers used: Bpost, Mondial Relay, DPD.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 1 to 3 business days

  • France: 3 to 5 business days

  • Luxembourg: 2 to 4 business days

  • Netherlands: 2 to 4 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and total parcel weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

StekX is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at: info@stekx.com

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcel

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed:

  • reshipping is possible (at the customer’s expense),

  • or a refund may be issued (excluding shipping fees).

8. Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • a photo of the parcel

  • a photo of the product We will open an investigation with the carrier.
